SXSW 2025 | Exploring Authenticity and Resilience in Real Faces

Hey everyone!

I'm thrilled to share another SXSW 2025 interview with you.

This time, I spoke with Leni Huyghe, the director of Real Faces, and Elisa Heene, the film's producer.

Real Faces follows Julia, an ambitious casting director navigating Brussels' competitive advertising scene, who finds solace in an unlikely bond with a reclusive microbiologist. As their contrasting worlds collide and personal boundaries blur, Julia must confront the steep price of her relentless ambition.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
