C'mon C'mon, starring Joaquin Phoenix as a radio journalist who embarks on a cross-country trip with his young nephew (Woody Norman), premiered at this year's Telluride Film Festival, quickly becoming a festival favorite and will screen at the 59th New York Film Festival. The film is Mill's first feature since 20th Century Women (also with A24), which was nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 89th Academy Awards.

Sean Baker's Red Rocket will also release his 2nd feature film via A24, having previously distributed his 2017 film The Florida Project, which earned an Oscar nomination for Willem Dafoe in the Best Supporting Actor category. Red Rocket follows Mikey Saber (Simon Rex), a washed-up porn star who returns to his small Texas hometown — not that anyone really wants him back. The film made its world premiere at Cannes and is screening at the 59th New York Film Festival.

This fall, A24 will release Lamb on October 8th, The Souvenir Part II on October 29th, The Humans in theaters and on Showtime on November 24th, and The Tragedy of Macbeth in theaters on December 25th and on Apple TV+ on January 14th.
